Programme Manager- Philanthropy Support Services
The Programme Manager Plilanthropy Support Services will be expected to lead and manage the Public Private Partnerships for
Education programme. which ains to develop viable, practical and sustainable linkages between the Corporate ptilanthropists,
government. non-profit Orgaizations (N POs) and the beneflcsaiy commun 111es for supporting the education sector, specificaly
pnmary and middle schools. As a development professional with significant expenence of woeldng with the donors, government. NPOs
and the communities at grassroots level, he I she will bring al the skills and capabd ibas to ensure effective and successful deilvery of
the objectives of ttis programe.
Qualilìcabon end Experience
Maste?s Wi sodal sciences, business adninisbation or any other development related field; at least 8 years experience in development
or management positions In pdvatexhc sector with progressively Wnportant responsibilities. Understancng of civil society,
corporate sector CSR adivitles and development philanthropy preferred; must have experience in working with donors and senlor
management in the pubilclprivate sector as well as experience of project proposal development and first-rate communication skills in
Urdu and English, both verbal and written.
Programme Officer- Philanthropy Support Services
Being a team member for Pubhc Private Parbiership program, he/she will be expected to assist the Programme Manager to develop
viable, practical and sustainable linkages between the corporate philanthropists, government. NPOs and the beneficiary communities
for supporting the education sector, specifically primary and niddle schools.
Quallflcatjyn and xpc,ience
Maste?s degree ¡n social sciences, busriess administration or any other development related field, at least 4 years experience in
privat&pubilc sector Understanding of civil society, corporate sector CSR activities and development philanthropy preferred; must
have first-rate critical writing skills ¡n English and excellent corTxiter skills.
