He should be able to read road signs and the highway code.
He should also be in possession of a valid license to drive a car
as a paid driver and possess experience of driving a car as a
licensed paid driver for not less than three years.

The applications should be supported by all the necessary documents
viz: Domicile, PRC, Educational Certificates etc. and be addressed to the
“District and Sessions Judge, Hyderabad” so as as to reach this office on
or before 02.08.201 2. The application received after above date will not be
considered. The list of eligible candidates will be affixed at the Notice
Board of District and Sessions Court, Hyderabad on 1 5.08.201 2. The
candidates applying for the above post should appear for the interview
(Written, typing, computer tests and viva voce) on 26.08.2012 at 08.30 a.m.
No interview letter should be issued separately. No TAJDA for the candidates
appearing for interview shall be admissible. The candidates at the time of
interview should bring with them original documents, pencil and white
papers. In case documents are forged, the action as per law will be taken
against the defaulter candidate. The candidate who tries to approach
through any source for favour, shall stand automatically disqualified for the
post applied for. One post of Clerk is fallen vacant due to removal from
service of an incumbent and the same is being also substantively filled.
Keeping in view Rule 1 58 of Sindh Civil Services Rules, it ¡s decided that
in case the said incumbent is re-instated on appeal, the selected
¡ncumbent in the bottom of list of selected candidate shall be liable to be
terminated.
The candidates who have applied earlier may also apply afresh.
Their previous applications shall not be considered. The decision of the
Selection Committee shall be final
