. Applicant must be LLM/LLB degree holders
. At least 10-15 years Practicing Experience in

High Courts and Supreme Court ¡ i iI
. Ideal candidates should have up-to-date and / \ Ji \
thorough knowledge of all prevalent Laws in —--
the country with a high degree of fluency in j
written and oral communication.
The candidates should possess practical experience of drafting of
Cases / Petitions, Reply Petitions, Conducting arguments at all
levels of courts in Constitutional, Civil, Criminal, Corporate,
Intellectual Property, Media, Labour and banking matters.
Should be able to ensure speedy/quick results through prompt
follow-up and being Assertive.
. Applicant should have a highly successful track record of
pleading and winning the complicated cases. They would also be
required to assist the Senior Management by advising on day to
day basis in connection with Legal, Labour & IR matters.
