I Applications for House Job at PIMS Islamabad I
Applications are invited from fresh Medical Graduates of the year 2012 registered with
PMDC for the Academic I Training year 201 2-1 3 for a period of six months paid House Job
inthefollowing_Specialities.
1. Medicine & Allied
2. Surgery & Allied
3. Paeds Medicine I Surgery
4. Neonatology
5. Gynae/Obst

o The application forms can be obtained from the Admin Branch of Islamabad Hospital on
all working days. Application “Forms” are also available on PIMS website.

o Schedule fortest, interview and joining ¡s given below:
o Last date for submission of applications: 21-07-2012.
o Written test: 29-07-2012 (Sunday) at 9:00 AM. sharp in the Auditorium of MCH
Centre, PIMS. The candidates arriving after9:OO A.M. will not be entertained.
o Result as per merit and key will be displayed on Notice Board & PIMS Website on
30-07-201 2 till 1 2:00 Noon.
o Interview for allocation of specialties as per merit upto Sr. No. 140 of merti list will be
held on 01-08-2012 at 10:00AM at MCH Training Centre, PIMS.
o The selected candidates will have to collect their Offer Letters by hand from 02-08-2012
to 06-08-2012, otherwise they may loose the chance and next candidates on merit will
be offered House Job.
o Last date of joining is 08-08-2012 for candidates other than Dentistry. Selected
candidates may report earlier (for orientation only). Last date of joining ¡n Dentistry is
28-08-2012.
o The offer will stand cancelled without further notice ¡f candidates fail to join by last date
of joining.
o No separate call letter will be issued forTest/ Interviews.
