The Government of Sindh launched a major initiative, titled “Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development Program”, to address issues of
poverty and un-employment through human resource development in the province. The program is implemented through, Provincial Coordination
Unit (PCU) and the District Monitoring Units. The PCU requires services of motivated, experienced & energetic individuals having domicile of the
province of Sindh, familiar with dynamics of relevant field, technology and outstanding professional, interpersonal & intrapersonal skills.
1 . All the posts vdll be filled up on contract basis. Candidates already serng should apply through proper channel wi NOC from their parent organization
while departmental hidng I requisition of the Government officls from their parent deparhnents shall be conskered as per prescribed Government rules.
2. The decision of the selection I recruitment committee will be final and no TA I DA will be allowed for test I interview.
3. Shortlisted candidates will be called for test I interview.
4. For posts from serial No. 1 to serial No. 1 3, interested candidates shall appear in written test. Posts from Serial No. 1 5 to 1 7 shall be filled
on the basis of interview from local persons of the same districts where posts exist.
5. The number of posts can be modified as per requirement, conditions laid down may be relaxed & salary package ¡s negotiable with the
approval of the competent forum on the basis of higher qualifications I related experience and suitability.

1 . Program Officer (M/F) Masters Degree preferably ¡n Social Sciences I MBA from any recognized University. Familiar with

4. Media Coordinator Masters Degree preferably in Mass Media I Journalism from any recognized University with at least
(M/F) 5 years’ proven record of working in the field of corporate and development communication with
