RESPONSlBlLlTlES: (GROUP HEAD COMMERCIAL & RETAIL BANKING)
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to contribute towards the achievement of Bank’s
overall business objectives.
Ensure to achieve growth targets within a reasonable time framework and budget. Also responsible for
achieving overall branches sales & revenue, budgeted targets and services.
Develop and implement business strategy for the bank and contribute significantly to the achievements of
bank’s business targets by giving strategic input and work closely with the team members, resulting in
significant increase in Bank’s profitability.
l€ Develop relationships with key clients to enhance the brand visibility.
S: Any otherduty assigned bythe Managementfrom time to time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:1 (GROUP HEAD OPERATIONS & SUPPORT FUNCTIONS)I
‘, Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the entire network of Islamic and Conventional
branches including licensing to operation.
Set and update Policies & Procedures to streamline processes, ensures implementation and effective
monitoring to improve operational efficiency in line with industry practices.
‘st’ Managing operations and other supportfunctions likeAlternative Delivery Channels in line with bank overall
business objectives, Ensuring smooth functioning of branches.
4’ Set directions and standards to improve operational efficiency.
. Any other duty assigned by the Managementfrom time to time.
- RESPONSIBILITIES (GROUP HEAD HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT) I
. Responsibleforthe developmentand implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures inline with
the best practices and with a focus on business issues pertinent to talent Management, Risk Management,
HR operations Management and any other duty assigned by the Managementfrom time to time.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
€, Master degree or equivalent related to Banking & Finance! HR from reputable institution (HEC
Recognized).
PROFESSIONALEXPERIENCE:
€ Minimum 15 years relevant experience in banking for all positions, out of which 10 years at senior
management positions.
‘s Strong Leadership Skills.
4€’ Person ofhigh caliber, integrity and team player.
€, Sound Knowledge oflatest Concepts and industry best practices.
Working Knowledge of Pakistani Labour Laws (Only HR Position).
CORE SKILLS & ESSENTIALS TO MEETJOB EXPECTATIONŠ
€, Well versed with branch management, deposits mobilization principles, and innovative marketing
techniques. (For Group Head Commercial & Retail Banking only).
Candidate should also possess good in-depth knowledge of the banking policies I prudential
regulations(For Group Head Operation & Support Functions only).
The ability to work under pressure and in stressful market conditions is essential.
€‘ Good communication skills and flairforthe customers’ services & sales will be preferred.
All candidates must qualify Fit and Propertest set by SBP for key Executives.
