CAREER OPPORTUNITY
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, South
Asia’s premier business school wishes to hire a high caliber,
energetic and result-oriented individual for the position of
Assistant Manager for its Faculty Development Program
(FDP). This program aims to strengthen the faculty by attracting
highly qualified resources from reputed foreign universities.
Assistant Manager, Faculty Development Program \
Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee the administration and coordination of IBA-PhD
Scholarship Program with stakeholders; responsible for
promoting the program through preparation and execution
of marketing plan, develop printed material (brochures,
leaflet, etc.)
• Coordinate all activities related to the induction process
in the program
. Harmonize with Higher Education Commission (HEC) and
foreign universities / institutions in allied matters
. Follow-up proactively with returning HEC scholars and
taking related initiatives
. Implement program budget, monitor its utilization
Requirements:
. Masters degree from HEC recognized university/institute
IBA alumni will be preferred for this position
• Up to 2 years of work experience preferably in a relevant field
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong
interpersonal skills
. Excellent organization, time management & customer
relation skills
. Ability to work independently managing timelines with
dedication and hard-work
