CAREER OPPORTUNITIES (A Project of SMEDA)
Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) is a statutory body working
under the Ministry of Industries, Government of Pakistan responsible for the growth and development
of small & medium enterprises. SMEDA is implementing a PSDP project (Wool Spinning CFC) for the
SMEs of Textile cluster of Islampur, Swat. The main objective of the project is to provide support to
the cluster’s weaving activities in the shape of technical know-how on wool spinning and to improve
product quality enhancing local demand and bringing them to ¡nternational standards for export.
The project would result in capacity building of the weavers making them capable of producing
woolen products of better quality standard and precision.
Applications from eligible candidates are requested for the following positions at the project
