the Centres established all over Pakistan.

GENERAL
MANAGER
OPERATIONS
The candidate will be responsible to:
IMonage and run the operations specialising CAD/CAM based design related trainings, engineering solutions &
consultoncy services to the industry
I Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing strategy linked with organization objectives for corporate branding and
promotion of products & services
• Develop and implement new training & development initiatives for the industrkll work force to catch up with the
required levels
ICreote alliances with public and private sector technical training agencies, educational institutes, Trode Associations
& Chambers and industry for relevant training & development initiatives
I Review sales & activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to
deter mine a reas needing improvement
I Liaison and collaborate with institutions abroad to implement standards of the developed world
IMointoin o close liaison with the CEO and keep the relevant authorities updated about on-going activities
Candidates holding 8cichelors in Mechonical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Industriol & Manufacturing Engineenng from
a reputobe National or International University with at least 15 years of relevant work experience with at least 5
years on o senior management position may apply. Preference will be given to Engineers having Masters Degree ¡n
Business Management.
The candidate must hove o strong Engineering background with progressive management experience. Preference
will be given to candidates having past experience of heading technical design and engineering
institutes/universities. The incumbent should possess leadership abilities and strong communication, negotiation and
conflict resolution skills.
