cancelled irrespecve of the fact whether he has appeared in the interview or even qualified therein.
Açj.JMg: 21 to 30 years for Civil Judge-cum-Magistrate and in case of government servants who have
served in connection with the affairs of the Federation or Provincial Government, or an officer serving in the legal
department of statutory o’ganization, for a period of not less than three years. the upper age limit shall be Thirty five
years and in case ofAdditional District & Sessions Judge, the candidate shall not be less :han 35 years or more than 45
years. Age shal be reckoned as on the lastdate fixed for submission of application.
QUA UfÇ AT lo NA Np EX PER ENÇ (I) Candidate must be possessing a degree in law from a recognized
university and actively practicing the profession of law for not less than two years (for the post of Ovil Judge-cum
Magistrate and 1 0 years for Additional District and Sessions Judg& after having been enrolled as an advocate or any
porson working as District Attorney, Deputy Distnct Attorney or an Assistant Dístric Attorney or fttll time prosecutor
authorized to conduct prosecution on behalfofthe Government or employee ofSuperior Courts.
(ii) To prove active practice. the candidate shall declare by a duly sworn aftidavit that he has been activ&y
practicing the profession of law during he period of two years or ten years as the case may be. preceding the date of
advertisement and during this period had not engaged himself in any otherwhole time service. business or occupation
forgain, asthe case may be.
Ç.HA APT.ŒßTWIQAT Candidate shall produce a character certificate from the District Judge of the
concerned District in which he has been practicing, and in case of candidate normally practicing in high Court, from the
Registrar of the concerned High Court, and in other cases. from the head of the departme9t or the organization and
produces certificates from two other respectable persons of status, not being his relatives, who are well acquainted with
his private life, character and antecedents.

(Saturday).
The applications on the prescribed form must reach the Office of the Registrar. Islamabad High Court,
slwnabad by hand or by mail on or before 12 May, 2012 (Saturday) during office hours.
No extra time is allowed for postal transit etc.
